The Instigation Festival is celebrating its' fifth year of bringing together Chicago & New Orleans music, movement and video artists with a one day retrospective featuring archival audio & video, new movement pieces and the premiere of a special intercity, socially distant recording of Mars Williams' "Toy Story".
