TVL REC is a South American digital label dedicated to the production of experimental and improvised music. It was founded in 2017 by Violeta García (Argentina), Carlos Quebrada VAsquez (Colombia) and Camilo Ángeles (Peru). The label has more than forty releases by the most representative artists of the South American underground music scene.

RUIDO is a cycle of new music founded in Buenos Aires, AR in 2017, in which both a specialized audience and the mass public can find novel, atypical and risky musical performances. Its programming is conceived from the convergence between multiple currents of current music, covering genres as diverse as free improvisation, free jazz, electronics, noise, experimental song and other unclassifiable worlds. In 2020, adapting to the limitations of the global situation, RUIDO partnered with the experimental label TVL REC to produce the STREAMING FEST, a biweekly international online festival, for which more than 70 artists from Argentina have already played, from their homes in Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Cuba, Mexico, United States, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Poland, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Australia, China, Korea, Hong Kong and Japan.
