Katie Ernst is a bassist, vocalist, and composer in Chicago. Described by the Chicago Tribune as "an increasingly valuable figure in new-music Chicago," Ernst is a member of many collaborative creative projects in Chicago including the band Twin Talk (with Dustin Laurenzi and Andrew Green), Wayfaring (with clarinetist James Falzone), and Evergreen (with dancer Jessica Marasa).
